—Concrete slabs & block
Poured right from the ground up.
Forms, vapor barrier and rebar before every pour. Big modern pads set in black gravel. Block walls tied with steel.
01The work
What’s underneath matters most.
Everything else on this site sits on concrete. So Guillermo’s crew does it right first: forms set, vapor barrier down, rebar tied in a grid, then the pour and the finish.
For a modern look, the slab is broken into big pads with black gravel between them, out back or down a fenced side yard.
What we pour
- Slabs on vapor barrier and rebar
- Pours and finishing
- Modern pads set in black gravel
- Block walls with steel in the cores
- Slabs for fire pits, benches and walls
- Patterned finishes
02One slab, start to finish
Same job. Three days you’d miss.
These three photos are the same slab, under the same steel frame. Drag through it from bare ground to finished.

01 · PrepForms set, vapor barrier down, rebar tied in a grid. The steel frame posts are already in.
03Before the pour
What’s under every slab.
The part nobody sees once it’s poured. Tap the numbers on Guillermo’s prep photo.

04Size it up
How much concrete is that?
Slide the numbers to roughly what you’re picturing. The drawing scales next to a 6-foot person, and the numbers go straight to Guillermo with your quote request.
Just a rough size to start the conversation. Guillermo measures on site before any price.
05Modern pads
Concrete & black gravel.
Large pads with black gravel between them, behind a brick house and down a fenced side yard.

06Before the pour
Forms, barrier & steel.
Vapor barrier and a tied rebar grid inside the forms, the crew finishing the pour, and block walls with steel in the cores.

07FAQ
Before you call.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free. Call or text (832) 643-1763, or send the form, and Guillermo will set up a time to look at the job.
Do you pour the slab, or just build on it?
Both. The crew sets forms, vapor barrier and rebar, pours and finishes the slab, then builds the fire pit, bench or wall on top of it.
What should I send to get a price?
A couple of photos of the space and a rough size. Text them to (832) 643-1763, or use the quote form and Guillermo will call you back.
—Free estimate
Tell Guillermo what you’re picturing.
A fireplace, a fire pit, a new walk, brick in the kitchen. Four quick taps and he’ll call you back. Photos of the space help, and you can text them straight to his phone.
